I m trying to connect with my digid (I got the digId yesterday). it 's seem not to work. Do you know if there is any delay ?


I m looking for a Proof of medical insurance to apply for a visa. Could you send it to me.

I donot know if there is a delay, but you should check the method you are using, because this is often cause for problems. 

It is necessary to check the right bullet point: SMS function.

see the attachment. Default the other ( wrong foor sms)  bulletpoint is pre-selected.

A short delay is possible, can you tell me if you still have issues loggin in? You are also required to have DigiD with sms code activated to login to Mijn Zilveren Kruis. You can request the sms code activation on the DigiD website.


If you need a proof of insurance for a trip abroad please contact our customer care agents. They will be able to sent you a proof of insurance based on the country you are visiting.
