Why still you did not charge from my bank account , insurance amount?? I choose "Automatische incasso" option.

This way of communicating with Zilveren Kruis seems not very fast.

Or did Zilveren Kruis communicate with you in another way? Yesterday you had enclosed your name and polisinformation. That has been deleted by Zilveren Kruis for your privacy. Is everything solved already?
